You must carefully read this User Agreement in its entirety before using our Service. This is a legally binding Agreement between you and HammersGuide.

By using our Service, you agree to the terms in this User Agreement. If you do not agree, then you should not use our Service.

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS:

1. An arbitration clause.

Member Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

1. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Post comments, messages, or links that contain advertisements, religious, political, or recruiting messages, unless explicitly permitted.
3. Post off-topic or irrelevant content in forums, blogs, or public comments.
4. Threaten violence against others or advocate self-harm.
5. “Stalk” or harass others.
6. Impersonate any person or entity, including a representative of HammersGuide.
7. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content.
8. Upload content you do not have the right to share under any law or agreement.
9. Share content containing another person’s personal information without permission.
10. Transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” or other solicitations.
11. Upload software viruses or malicious code that disrupts functionality.
12. Interfere with the Service’s operations or other users’ experience.
13. Access or tamper with non-public areas of the Service.
14. Probe or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
15. Use automated tools like bots to retrieve or extract content.
16. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
17. Collect or store personal data about other users in violation of this Agreement.

You further agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes.

Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Notification

If you believe in good faith that material on HammersGuide infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please notify us in accordance with our Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Notification Policy. Repeat infringers’ access rights may be terminated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties of any kind.
2. HammersGuide disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. HammersGuide does not warrant that:
   • The Service will meet your requirements.
   • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
   • Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
   • Errors in the software will be corrected.
4. Any material downloaded or obtained through the Service is at your own risk. HammersGuide is not responsible for damage to your device or data loss resulting from such actions.
5. No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from HammersGuide creates any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.

Operation of the Services

HammersGuide reserves sole discretion over the operation of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Sharing information with third parties in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
• Withdrawing, suspending, or modifying any features or functionalities of the Service.

You acknowledge that the Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, malfunctions, or other causes beyond our control.

Third-Party Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. HammersGuide is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

General Information

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and HammersGuide and supersedes any prior agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. You may not assign this Agreement, but HammersGuide may do so freely.

Failure by HammersGuide to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
